We built an integration with the Salesforce API to allow our customer to integrate select fields from their Salesforce data models that allow them to connect their Leads and Customers with the marketing activity that drove them.
We’re not recreating Salesforce reporting or trying to be a CRM ourselves, we’re simplify focusing on how we connect up disparate data sets for our customers to enable them to simplify what can be very complex reporting, and hopefully unlock some new insights into the effective of their marketing activity at driving Leads into their businesses.
Typically we’re working with anonymous identifiers that exist in Salesforce and in other systems and syncing them together.
