What we collect and why
Information you give us
When you submit a contact form or book a discovery call, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and any message or context you include. We use this to respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold the call, and follow up about our services.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, and where you have given consent, we and our third-party tools collect information about your device and how you use the site — such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring source. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the site to function, are always active. All other cookies — including analytics and advertising cookies — are only set after you have given consent through our cookie banner. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the banner settings.
The non-essential tools we use include:
- Google Analytics 4 & Tag Manager — measure and analyse website traffic and usage.
- Intercom — provides our website chat and support messaging.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — from time to time, to measure our advertising and reach relevant audiences.
The tools we use and where your data goes
We use the following third-party providers to run our website and manage enquiries:
- HubSpot — our CRM. Contact form submissions and discovery-call details are stored here so we can manage and respond to enquiries.
- Calendly — lets you book a discovery call, and collects the personal information you provide when booking.
- Intercom — powers our website chat.
- Google & LinkedIn — analytics, tag management, and advertising measurement, as described above.
Several of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, that transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the providers’ certification under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the use of the International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We share it only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf to help us operate the website and respond to you.
We may also disclose information where required to do so by law.
How long we keep your information
We keep the personal information you provide for as long as needed to respond to and manage your enquiry and our relationship with you. We retain it unless and until you ask us to delete it, after which we will remove it except where we are required to keep it by law.
