Use Cases / Multi-Channel Marketing Analytics

One trusted model for all your marketing data

Bright Analytics connects your channels, agencies and platforms into a governed data model. Your teams work from consistent definitions, reliable campaign data and reporting they can use wherever decisions are made.

For marketing, analytics and data teams managing reporting across multiple channels, platforms and agencies.

Every channel has its own version of the numbers

Your teams need reporting they can trust and adapt. Instead, definitions drift, campaign data arrives in different shapes and simple questions turn into a new data-collection exercise.

No shared definition of performance

Different platforms, agencies and teams use different definitions for spend, conversions and results. When leadership asks what happened last quarter, someone has to collate and reconcile the answer.

Campaign data is inconsistent at source

Names and values drift across platforms and over time. That makes it harder to group campaigns, compare activity and trust the detail behind a report.

The data is difficult to use outside one dashboard

Reporting arrives late, and the model behind it is hard to reuse. Connecting the same trusted numbers to another BI tool, API or analysis workflow becomes another project.

How do we solve it?

Our marketing analytics platform connects collection, modelling, taxonomy, reporting and data access in one governed framework. We configure it around your business so your data is reliable at source, consistent in the model and portable wherever your teams need to work with it.

Taxonomy Manager

Trusted data created at source

  1. Use Taxonomy Manager to keep campaign data consistent

Define naming conventions, controlled values and validation for the teams and agencies creating campaign data. Issues are caught at the point of entry, before inconsistent names become a reporting investigation.

Pipeline Manager

Automated data collection

  1. Collect and monitor data from every marketing platform

We connect your platforms and agencies, automate collection and monitor the pipelines as they run. Source changes, broken connections and unexpected data issues are flagged before they undermine a report.

Semantic Layer

Governed data modelling

  1. Define one governed model for marketing performance

Your analysts define the metrics, dimensions, calendars and business rules that matter. The model is maintained centrally, so dashboards, APIs and other tools use the same definitions.

Reporting & Visualisation

Report and analyse

  1. Give teams reporting that is ready when they need it

Build dashboards around the questions your teams ask, with automated refreshes, alerts and monitoring. Your analysts can refine the reporting as the business changes without rebuilding the underlying collection.

Reporting API

Portable data access

  1. Make quality data portable through the Reporting API

Expose the governed model to your existing BI tools, data teams and downstream workflows. The data travels with the definitions and calculations that make it trustworthy, rather than being reinterpreted in every destination.

What changes for your team

  • One number, whoever is asking

Every channel and agency feeds the same governed model, so answering what happened last quarter is a clear lookup rather than a reconciliation exercise.

  • Quality data at the point of entry

Taxonomy Manager and monitoring catch inconsistent names and data issues before they cost time or erode trust in the report.

  • Marketing data you can use anywhere

The Reporting API makes the same model available to your BI tools and data teams. Portable data stays portable without losing the definitions that make it useful.

Questions

Which platforms can you connect?

We connect to major paid media, analytics, email, CRM and affiliate platforms. We confirm the specific sources, accounts, fields and historical access available for your reporting requirements.

Do we need to provide our own data warehouse?

No. We can provision and manage the data environment, or connect to an existing warehouse such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Azure or AWS where that is the right fit.

Can we include historic data?

We backfill historical data from source APIs where available, then assess any existing files or warehouse data you already hold. We map the history into the same reporting model so historic and ongoing data can be analysed together.

How do you keep definitions consistent across tools?

Metric and dimension definitions live in the governed model and are reused by dashboards, the Reporting API and other connections. This gives teams one place to update the logic rather than maintaining separate calculations in every destination.

How does Taxonomy Manager fit into the reporting model?

Taxonomy Manager controls the naming conventions and values used when campaign data is created. That makes the dimensions used for grouping and reporting more reliable before the data reaches the model.

Can our data teams use the model directly?

Yes. The Reporting API exposes the governed model to existing BI tools, data workflows and applications, so teams can use the same calculations without collecting and transforming the source data again.

Can AI work with the same marketing data?

Yes. MCP connections can make the governed model available to authorised AI assistants, using the same definitions and access controls as your reporting.

Marketing data you can trust and use anywhere

Managed data pipelines, a governed data model, Taxonomy Manager and Reporting API connections. Your teams can work with consistent marketing data in dashboards, BI tools and AI workflows.
