Automated paid social reporting
Bright Analytics brings your paid social accounts into one reporting model, with agreed KPI definitions and currency conversions. Review performance across platforms without downloading exports and rebuilding the same report every week.
For paid social teams at agencies and advertisers managing multiple platforms, accounts and markets.
One report. Several ways of counting.
Your team needs to see how paid social is performing across platforms. First, someone has to collect the data, check what each metric means and organise it around the campaigns and markets you actually manage.
The same metric name can mean different things
Video views, engagement and conversions are defined differently across platforms. Putting them in the same column does not automatically make them comparable, and those differences are easy to lose in a spreadsheet.
Accounts and currencies multiply
Activity runs across several ad accounts, markets and currencies. Local teams need their own figures, while central teams need a consistent view of spend across the programme.
Every report repeats the same work
Export the data, align date ranges, convert spend, group campaigns and rebuild the charts. By the time the weekly report is ready, your team is already collecting the next round of numbers.
How do we solve it?
Our marketing analytics platform combines paid social data collection, custom KPI modelling and reporting. We configure it around your accounts, campaign structure and business definitions, so your team can follow the data from each platform through to the report they use to make decisions.
Collect data
Collect data from your paid social accounts every day
We connect your ad accounts and automate daily collection from the relevant reporting APIs. Your team works from a refreshed dataset across platforms, rather than a collection of manually downloaded exports.

Model data
Define the KPIs you can meaningfully compare
We map the source metrics to agreed reporting definitions and build your custom KPIs. Platform-specific measures stay identifiable where definitions differ, so a shared label does not hide a different way of counting.
Organise reporting around your markets, campaigns and currencies
We model the campaign groupings and conversion events your team uses, and convert spend into an agreed reporting currency using daily exchange rates or supplied hedged rates. Local-currency figures remain available for market teams.
Report and analyse
Review performance and budget pacing in one place
We build reporting around the views your team needs, from a cross-platform overview to individual accounts and campaigns. Review spend, results and pacing against supplied budgets without reconstructing the report each time.
What changes for your team
Time back for campaign optimisation
Less time collecting exports and rebuilding charts. More time investigating performance changes, testing creative and deciding where to focus your attention.
Comparisons your team can explain
Agreed KPI definitions and visible platform differences make it easier to understand what a comparison shows, and where the numbers need context.
A daily view across accounts and markets
Central teams can review spend in one currency while local teams retain their own figures. Performance reviews can start with the latest daily refresh instead of waiting for the weekly spreadsheet.
Questions
Which paid social platforms do you integrate with?
Our paid social integrations include Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snap Ads, X Ads and Reddit Ads. During setup, we confirm the accounts, metrics and reporting detail available through each API for your requirements.
What access and information do you need?
We need reporting access to the relevant ad accounts, your account and market structure, and the KPI and conversion definitions you want to use. For budget pacing, we also need the budgets and reporting periods to compare spend against.
Can we report in both local and central currencies?
Yes. We retain local-currency spend and can also convert it to an agreed reporting currency. We use daily exchange rates or hedged rates you supply, with the conversion approach agreed during setup.
Can every metric be compared across platforms?
Not automatically. We agree which measures can share a reporting definition and keep platform-specific measures separate where the underlying definitions differ. Video views, engagement and conversion measures need particular care.
Can you report on our custom conversion events?
We can build KPIs around the conversion events available from your accounts. We agree which events count towards each KPI and how to label them, so the reporting reflects the outcomes your team is working towards.
How often does reporting update?
The reporting is refreshed daily. Data availability and any later revisions depend on the source platform, so the report reflects the data available at the latest refresh rather than a live view of every account.
Can you include organic social data?
Organic data can sit alongside paid reporting where the relevant platform APIs and account permissions make it available. We’ll confirm the supported accounts and metrics during scoping.
Can we keep using our existing BI tools?
Yes. Our Reporting API makes the modelled data available to other tools, so your team can use the same KPI definitions and currency calculations outside Bright Analytics.
